Dr. Philip Petsch is a 1981 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been in practice for over 30 years. Dr. Phil was first introduced to the wonders of chiropractic health care in 1976 when he was injured playing football. After having severe neck pain and a continuous headache for over a month and not getting any relief from traditional medicine a friend saw him struggling and recommended his chiropractor. To make a long story short this chiropractor, Dr. Diamond, not only fixed his neck and eliminated his headache, he was the reason that Dr. Phil became a chiropractor.
The chiropractic philosophy of natural health care, the idea that health comes from the inside and radiates outward rather than the traditional germ theory of outside influences determining your health and well being made total sense to Dr. Phil. This natural health care perspective was such a perfect fit with his outlook on life, a belief that nature or your body does the healing, that he decided to become a chiropractor.
While in chiropractic school Dr. Phil was able to experience all the techniques and benefits of chiropractic first hand. Having had numerous injuries and traumas throughout his life, he was always searching for the most effective treatments to maximize his health. It became obvious that that the traditional spinal adjusting was great, yet it didn’t fix some of the symptoms he was having until his muscles were also treated. Eventually Dr. Phil got involved with applied kinesiology and everything came together in a complete and useful system that really worked great!
Dr. Phil has spent countless hours furthering his chiropractic education studying applied kinesiology, various chiropractic techniques, nutrition and diet. He is dedicated to helping people regain their lost health, relieving pain and suffering using natural holistic health care to get to the underlying causes of your health issues, not merely treating your symptoms. Treating each patient as a unique individual allows the innate healing to take place and your health and energy to return.
